Femme Dance Class

Join our beginner femme dance class to boost your confidence, unleash your femininity, and say goodbye to boring workouts!

This class focuses on technique, flexibility, strength, and choreography, all tailored for beginners. No prior dance experience is needed - you will be guided through all the basics!

If you struggle to motivate yourself to go to the gym or find typical workouts boring, this class is perfect for you. It’s an intense workout, but you won’t even notice how quickly time flies and how fun it is to come to every class! You will see how dancing improves your every day life, your confidence and your energy.

Don’t wait for the “perfect” moment - you don’t need to lose weight or change anything in yourself to join. Let go of those thoughts and come as you are!

Class is held every Tuesday and Thursday 18:15 - 19:15 & Wednesday 19:00 - 20:00

Filming Days & Choreography Prep

The last Thursday of each month is usually reserved for filming, so please try to attend classes earlier in the month to learn the choreography and feel confident for the recording. This ensures you get the most out of the session and can fully enjoy the experience!

Please bring some kneepads, water, you can wear heels, comfortable sneakers or dance barefoot.

Cancellation & Membership Policy – Femme Dance Class

• Class Bookings: All bookings are non-refundable but can be rescheduled if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Membership: Renews automatically every month, giving you a discounted price for 6-8 classes per month. When booking a membership please choose the first class you would like to attend. You can book your remaining sessions via the customer portal (link sent by email).

• Skipping a Month: If you wish to pause your membership, notify us at least 48 hours before renewal, or you will be charged. You can also cancel anytime in your customer portal.

• Missed Classes: Unused classes do not roll over to the next month.     

• In rare cases where we need to cancel a class (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered a full refund or a class credit to use for a future session.                                                                                                                          By booking, you agree to these terms.
